From 1998 to 2010 I translated the technical magazine baking+biscuit international into English. From 2002 to 2010, I was also managing editor of this magazine.

From 1985 to 1987 I was working as a freelance translator and editor for the English language technical fruit juice and fruit processing magazine »Confructa«.
